The form below is to be used for nominations for club positions. The form must be filled in and returned to the club secretary or presented at the meeting for voting. Only current club financial members may nominate or be nominated. Including the Officers, the Management Committee can be up to 8 members.
Positions of Office:
- PRESIDENT – Promotes the good conduct and welfare of the club. Leads the Management Committee in the running of the club.
- VICE‐PRESIDENT – Acts for and represents the club at any time the President is unable to do so.
- SECRETARY – Sends and receives club correspondence, assists with event and meeting organisation and takes minutes at meetings.
- TREASURER – Keeps attendance records, financial records, maintains membership details and arranges financial audits.
- COMPETITION SECRETARY – Promotes and administers the club’s competitions.
Non-Office holding position:
- COMMITTEE MEMBER – Assists in the organisation and smooth running of club activities.
